Before working with Diane, my wellbeing was terrible. Before starting my recovery journey, my life revolved around food. I used to believe that I could never get better and it would just get worse. I hated the way I looked, constantly compared myself to others and looked at myself negatively.

Since working with Diane, my outlook on life has improved as I am no longer focused on eating or my body shape and weight. I feel more confident because I am in control for the first time in years and appreciate my body.

I have learnt skills to help me stop bingeing now and in the future. The sessions have reminded me that food is an important part of my life and I do not need to be afraid of it. They have helped me gain confidence in myself no matter what size or weight I am. I have re-taught my brain how to eat and I found hope.
