I offer all of my clients the chance to rebalance their relationship with food. By going back to basics and exploring nutrition and the different benefits that different food types offer, I make it possible for you to eat healthily and rediscover your natural weight.

My approach

Based on my years of experience and training, I’ve developed a passion for helping my clients to make life-long changes that take them to where they want to be.

Going on a diet is often a short term fix. Diets are rarely sustainable, can be complicated or expensive to maintain, and can leave you feeling excluded from social occasions. Statistics show that ⅔ of people regain their weight after dieting.

If you’re looking for a lasting change, it’s important to be ready to make it happen. I can provide the information, expertise and support you need to start you on your journey.

When it comes to weight management, one size definitely does not fit all. I will work with you from a holistic perspective to make incremental, sustainable changes to your relationship with food. By making informed choices and eating the right food for you, you feel better, gain energy and find your natural weight.

I will work with you, using a combination of nutritional and psychology expertise, as well as life coaching. The aim is always to give you the best tools so that you can manage food in a way that optimises your health and wellbeing and allows your weight to be the best it can be for you.
