I came on this course because I suffer from terrible nervousness and anxiety in my normal day to day life. I have a fear of letting people down and am generally very self-conscious.
I am so pleased I completed this course. I feel the past 5 weeks have taught me how to control my feelings, using the techniques we have learned and I can go away knowing that I can put it all into practice and work on making my own situation better.
I can’t thank Diane enough. She provided a very relaxing experience and made me realize that I am not alone.
