The Wellbeing 1:1 sessions I did with Diane made such ha difference. My mindset has changed about how I think and feel about myself, externally in terms of physical appearance and how I perceive and think about food and exercise.
I now do things that I enjoy rather than doing what I think is right or what I should do be doing. I see myself for who I am rather than my physical appearance. My relationship with myself has improved.
Working with Diane has shifted how I think, and has allowed me to enjoy life in a different way, to be happy and content.
Anyone thinking of a Wellness 1:1 session with Diane should go in with an open mind, put in the hard work and you will see the results.
