I decided to attend this course, after a bitter end to a long term relationship. I was devastated. Over time I have come to appreciate where responsibility lies, things I can change and things I can’t; and how to be kinder and more compassionate to myself, and others.
I have learnt some skills to regain control if I start feeling distressed, and skills to try and release stress.

I enjoyed the scientific base of knowledge behind the course, and Diane’s commitment to continuing learning and investigation. Just remember, be kind to yourself!!
