After having a few one on one sessions with Diane, she suggested I join her next course – “Overcome stress and Restore Balance”, as she thought I would really benefit from it……well benefit I did!!!

I became more in-tune with how much my anxiety affected me every day and how much stress it can put on our health and relationships. As each week went by learning more about our thought processes and being mindful, I really felt a sense of calmness in my mind and body.
